This Denon DN-HC4500 MIDI/USB hardware controller offers stiff competition for the renowned PCDJ DAC 3 and Numark DMC2 hardware controllers. The HC4500 is similar to its HD2500 counterpart, but is not equipped with an internal hard drive. Compatible with PC as well as Mac, this professional controller is capable of sending out high-quality audio thanks to internal ASIO/OSX support, which means you don’t need an expensive sound card in your computer. The DN-HC4500 is equipped with two line outputs and offers remarkable flexibility, as it not only supports MIDI, but can also serve as a controller for Denon’s separately available BU4500, a dual CD drive that supports CD and MP3.
