Description
General
The difference between Denon’s DN-X100 and DN-X1500 is considerable. To bridge that gap and to complete the series, Denon has introduced the DN-X1100. This professional mixer features the familiar Denon looks and a good deal of functionality to boot.
Effects via send/return
Although the X1100 is not equipped with an internal effect unit, it does have a fully assignable send and return function. Connect your favourite effect gear to the X1100 and you’re able to apply the effect to each channel you like.
Matrix mixer
Like the X1500 and the X500, the X1100 is equipped with a full matrix mixer. This means it doesn’t matter which input you use, as each input can be assigned to any possible channel, allowing for super-quick switches between inputs and channels. The DNX1100 is fitted with six channels, four of which are equipped with faders (the familiar, high-grade Penny & Giles models). A total of eight inputs can be freely assigned to these four channels.
Cross ‘flex’ fader
The DN-X1100 is equipped with the renowned flex crossfader, the slide torque of which can be adjusted, allowing you to decide for yourself how much force is needed to operate it. Some DJs like their faders ultra-smooth, after all, while others like a bit of resistance. The Flex Fader matches all demands and wishes of DJs worldwide and offers high-quality electronic and mechanic characteristics for professional applications, as well as great durability.
Adjustable linear control
The linear control function of the Denon DN X1100 allows you to adjust the intensity of the signal, depending on the position of the crossfader – or, in other words, the speed/tempo at which the volume increases while the crossfader is moved.
Tips or comments about this product
Dust can cause severe damage to your faders, so we recommend that you always neatly cover your mixer.
