Designed to take up the bridge, the DiMarzio DP102 X2N dual-coil packs some hefty punch. This pickup has a colossal output of 510mV – enough to push a valve amplifier into overdrive. As you might have guessed, the ceramic core is pretty powerful, but that power is also artfully concentrated, retaining the full character of your guitar while adding some body to the output. This model is a great team mate for neck pickups like the Fast Track 1, The Chopper or the Pro Track and, to really boost the fun, it supports a split function that grants access to single-coil sound in parallel mode which, thanks to that power-rating, brings way more than most split-coil humbuckers.
