Directly based on the ultra-rare Fuzz Face Distortion that Jimi made famous during his 1969 to 1970 tour, this is the Dunlop JHMS4 Authenthic Hendrix ’68 Shrine Series pedal. The original unit came in red with white control pots and presented a notoriously unique fuzz that growled with aggressive, biting tone. Here, that same sound comes encapsulated in a neat MXR mini-housing printed with artwork inspire by John Van Hamservelds iconic 1968 Shrine Auditorium concert poster.
