This humbucker pickup is strongly based on the original PAF pickup that you can hear on Eddie Van Halen’s self-titled debut album released in 1978. The EVH Frankenstein Classic humbucker has been designed by the grandmaster himself and is equipped with an Alnico 2 magnet with a 8.20 kOhm resistance, making it a high-output bridge pickup with a vintage sound.
