Description
General
The Gretsch G2622 Streamliner Center Block semi-acoustic guitar comes fully decked out with an Adjust-O-Matic bridge and a V-stoptail tailpiece. This highly versatile instrument piles on the old-school vibe and comes backed up by modern features and the sonic might of a pair of Broad’Tron BT-2S humbucker pickups. These fat double-coils deliver tight lows, prominent mids and pristine highs and can be tamed by a classic and fuss-free set of control pots and a three-way switch.
The Gretsch G2622 Streamliner: Fat Volume & Stable Tuning
The semi-hollow construction of the G2622 Streamliner has been finished with a block of spruce that runs through the centre of the body to reinforce the top and prevent feedback issues, so even heavy Blues-Rock and classic Indie guitarists can crank up the volume, assured of fierce output as well as clean performance. Meanwhile, the anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge, V-Stoptail tailpiece, synthetic bone nut and full set of closed oil-bed machine heads polish off the build with excellent tuning stability.
