The sides and back are made of mahogany to provide you with an even more warm and deep sound. The neck of this semi-acoustic guitar is also made of mahogany and has a rosewood fretboard. The tuners are chrome-plated and die-cast. This steel-string western guitar comes with D’Addario EXP strings.Fishman and IbanezThe AW250ECE-LG is equipped with a Fishman Sonicore pickup and an Ibanez SST Shape Shifter preamplifier to give you full control over your own sound. The preamp has volume control, a 3-band equalizer, a phase reverse and a built-in tuner. With the Shape Shifter you can quickly and easily add subtle details to your sound and the phase reverse allows you to reduce any potential feedback. The Ibanez AW250ECE-LG also has a balanced XLR output, in addition to the standard jack output, which makes it easy to connect the guitar to a PA setup.
