More than enough for home guitarists as well as students of the six-string, the tight Mooer Hornet 15i modelling combo amplifier delivers 15 Watts of power and comes crammed with effects and amp emulations. As standard, you get a stack of fifty-two different amplifiers to play with, each driven by progressive MNRS technology and Mooer’s own Intelligent Amp System. Next to that, you get a bumper-pack of forty-nine effects to colour everything in with delay, reverb, distortion, modulation – you name it. Via the purpose-developed Mooer iAMP partner app, you can upload your favourite guitar sounds, download new ones, edit your effects and install firmware updates.

The Mooer Hornet 15i: Jam Along to Backing Tracks, Drum Beats or the Built-in Looper

Pair your phone, tablet or laptop with the integrated Bluetooth 5.0 module and stream music through the amplifier so you can jam along at the same time. Alternatively, you can sift through the onboard library of drum beats and metronomes and play along to tighten up your skills, or you could just engage the built-in looper, which supplies up to 80 seconds of recording time so you can back yourself up with your own riffs and, as a smart bonus, the looper can even be synchronised with the drum machine. With this little amp, you can even play well into the wee small hours without bothering anyone thanks to the headphone output and, to finish, the built-in chromatic tuner always assures you of perfect tuning.
