The Mooer Looper X2 sets you up with a solid stereo phrase looper pedal that you can use to rehearse up to eleven songs in stereo or solo-perform on stage along with any other effects on your pedalboard. Either way, you’re offered up to 300 minutes of recording time across eleven song banks, each of which comes with seven preset slots. The slots have even been labelled ‘Intro’, ‘Verse’, ‘Middle’, ‘Chorus’, ‘Bridge’, ‘Inter’ and ‘Outro’ so you can not only keep track of your loops but construct entire songs in a playful way. The two fitted footswitches give you the option to select any part of the song at any time.

The Looper X2: Precise Control

After you’ve set the threshold, the auto-record function will immediately activate as soon as it registers the sound of your guitar or bass, while the fade-out function can be manually set to up to 10 seconds for a classic fade-out effect. The Play and Rec controls are used to dial in the volume for your own parts and the backing parts. Last but not least, the Looper X2 comes with the free Mooer Studio software as well as a USB cable so you can keep its firmware up-to-date and load in backing tracks with ease.
