Both players feature a pleasantly large jog wheel and great functions that made them very popular models within the mid-segment price range.With their successor, the RMP-3 Alpha tabletop, Reloop have really outdone themselves. The RMP-3 is not just a CD player, but a true multimedia player. Any modern device can be read by this player, from USB stick or MP3 CD to laptop or PC. As such, the RMP-3 is suitable for any type of DJ, which is exceptional for a player within its range.Like its predecessors, the RMP-3 has a neat look with the same well-organised layout as many other players, the large jog wheel taking a central position. Reloop have equipped the player with great functionality, such as hot cues, a loop function, pitch and a DSP effects unit, which allows creative DJs to deliver diverse, unique DJ sets and to surprise their audience time after time.Naturally, the most essential element of a DJ setup is the mixer. In this case, that is the RMX-3 Blackfire. This 3-channel mixer has a neat design with a black brushed deck plate that gives it a rugged, tough look. The well-organised layout ensures that any DJ can easily find his or her way around the mixer. The various VU meters give you a clear view of the input and output signal, which can be adjusted by means of the faders and gain controls if necessary. The equalizer has a dual function. It allows you to adjust the general audio settings, but you can also use it as an effect, by muting certain tones during the climax of a track. The combination of RMP players and mixer offers you a complete DJ setup that you will enjoy for years to come!
