To celebrate more than forty years of the Seagull S6, Seagull present the S6 Collection 1982 acoustic guitar. This is not an exact replica but more of a modern ode to the original that takes all of the best features of Seagull guitars and artfully blends them together before offering them up at a more attainable price. As such, this model boasts a shortened 24.84 inch scale length and an extra-wide 45.7mm nut, giving your fingers more than enough room to navigate complex chords and melodies as well as strumming and finger-picking techniques in maximum comfort.

Just like any Seagull model, the S6 Collection 1982 dreadnought is 100% Canadian-made and has been built using sustainably sourced wood. And, just like the now-vintage S6, this model features a pressure-tested solid cedar wood soundboard supported by a wild cherry back and sides to complete excellent acoustic sound, a strong projection and a fast response. This combo also shapes a uniquely characteristic tone that, thanks to the resonant quality of the natural finish, retains every bit of its clarity, tonal richness and balance.
