Shures WL50 series consists of compact lavalier microphones. If you need your microphone to be as inconspicuous as possible as you would in theatre, television, film and event productions the WL50 is an excellent choice for you! The microphones all have an omnidirectional pickup pattern, so that everything around the microphone is picked up. The WL50 lavalier microphones are equipped with the TA4F connectors (except for the WL50BX), which allow you to easily connect the microphone to one of the Shure wireless transmitters, so that the signal can wirelessly be sent towards the receiver. The WL50 microphone is delivered including a foam windscreen, rotatable lapel clip, double tie-clip, magnet-mount and a mini-mount. You will have a good way of fastening the microphone for every situation. The microphone is available in three colours: black, white and tan.
The WL50-LO has a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which is equal to the frequency range of human hearing. The same goes for the ordinary Shure WL50, however, this LO version has a reduced sensitivity which yields a higher SPL of 142 dB, a signal-to-noise ratio of 55 dB and less feedback. It will make it easier for you to create clean recordings that are nearly free of feedback and other annoying sounds!
